NVIDIA GeForce 381.78 Hotfix resolves Creators Update black screen issue

Just in time for the weekend, NVIDIA rolled out the GeForce 381.78 Hotfix release.

This updates fix a problem with Windows 10 Creators Update booting to a black screen on select notebooks. You can download the update via this page.

The installation of this hotfix may not be recommended if you're not experiencing this problem.
