
First up, Intel confirms its 10nm Cannon Lake processors are on track. According to earlier statements, Cannon Lake will arrive in the second half of this year.
Furthermore, the chip giant reveals it has taped in Ice Lake, which is the company's second-generation 10nm architecture. A tape-in is basically the last step in the design process before a chip company "tapes out" a product.
