Elon Musk to provide update about Mars plans on Friday

At the event, he will reveal the latest conceptual version of the Interplanetary Spaceship and Rocket. In the meantime, here's a new set of videos that illustrate his vision. Musk says there are major improvements versus what was shown last year, and hints at some "unexpected applications."
