Firefox 1.5 Beta 1 coming on September 8

The Mozilla developers announced Firefox 1.5 Beta 1 will be released on Thursday, September 8. In preparation for the release, the tree will be locked down at 11:59pm Pacific Daylight Time (UTC -0700) on Tuesday 6th September. During the lockdown, no further checkins will be accepted for 1.5 Beta 1.

Firefox roadmap:
Sept 6: Lockdown for 1.5b1
Sept 8: Release 1.5b1
Oct 3: Lockdown for 1.5b2
Oct 5: Release 1.5b2
Oct 26: Lockdown for 1.5RC1
Oct 28: Release 1.5RC1
