It's kinda funny how some markets evolve. Not that long ago, it looked like there was no longer a market for very high wattage power supplies as computing hardware has become more efficient, and multi-GPU systems were on the way out. Then the cryptocurrency mining craze came along and now PSU makers are cranking out high-wattage models like crazy.

Over at CES 2018, TechPowerUp spotted the new SuperNova 2200W P2 PSU from EVGA. This system has a +12V rail that packs 183.3A (2199.6W) and 24A rails for the +5V and +3.3V lines. The model has 80Plus Platinum efficiency and is cooled by a 140mm fan. As TPU jokes, you can use this thing to power up to nine video cards, or to jumpstart a pickup truck.
Among its constellation of output connectors are one 24-pin ATX, two 4+4 pin EPS, eighteen 6+2 pin PCIe, twelve SATA power, six Molex, and two Berg.
Pricing and availability is unknown.
