NUDEcnc is about to launch a Kickstarter campaign for a highly unique waterblock that uses the LGA1151 socket to mount it to a delidded processor. The project was envisioned by SMB owner Arek Tobiszewski, he first came up with the concept over a year ago and now he shipped a prototype to HardOCP.

Called the Ncore V1, this is a frameless waterblock that is a lot smaller than any other watercooling or air cooling product on the market. HardOCP uploaded a teaser video and says they will publish the full review on April 1st, the date Arek will launch his Kickstarter.
Ncore is a prototype water block that has made its way to us for testing, and it is interesting enough for use to give it some test bench time. This V1 model of the Ncore uses the LGA 1151 socket to mount it to your delidded Intel processor. This block is tiny compared to almost any other air or water cooler on the market. Let's see what it is about.
Very interesting product and it looks like this is not an April Fool's Day joke!
