Today's one of the big Apple announcement days. There's still no news about the iTunes phone but Steve Jobs has just introduced iTunes 5. This version will have a slightly new interface and it will be available later today over at Apple's website.

The fifth version of Apple's online music store will enable users to organize playlist into folders and will offer new search capabilities.

Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express users can now also automatically synchronize contact and calender information with iTunes.

Another new feature are parental controls to restrict children from buying songs with explicit lyrics.

Oh and there's also a new smart Shuffle feature to make the iPod shuffle more random. It enables you to control how likely you are to hear multiple songs by the same artist.

And another handy feature is the addition of album reviews.
