Dell has agreed to supply AMD with documents and other materials for AMD's antitrust case against Intel.
In the filing, Dell said it has documents and information in electronic form which AMD has requested as part of its antitrust case filed in Delaware.

Dell said it has "engaged in good faith efforts" to identify employees who were involved in negotiations and decisions about X86 procurements, and has provided a list of custodians and will instruct them to keep such documents.
