NVIDIA GeForce HotFix driver 398.86 resolves G-SYNC stutter issue

NVIDIA issued the GeForce HotFix driver 398.86 for users of G-SYNC. This update resolves an issue with stuttering in windowed G-SYNC mode.

This is GeForce HotFix driver version 398.86 that addresses the following:

- Windowed G-Sync mode may stutter after upgrading to Windows 10 April 2018 Update.
