Rival NVIDIA already stopped feature updates for 32-bit drivers earlier this year, and I suppose not a lot of gamers will miss the 32-bit drivers as 64-bit is very entrenched these days. Systems running 32-bit versions of Windows tend to be pretty old, and aren't compatible with modern games anyway.

AMD is dropping 32-bit support for Adrenalin software by the end of this month.
