ATI's Radeon X1800 (R520) will come in four flavors and the RV530
is expected to arrive in two editions. This mainstream Shader Model 3.0 card will be available in retail stores in the first week of October in a XT and a standard edition.
The Radeon X1600 XT will have 12 pipelines and a core operating at 600MHz or more. The standard Radeon X1600 also features twelve pipelines but will be clocked at 500MHz or more. The clockspeeds aren't certain yet, ATI is still trying to boost them up as much as they can.
