Windows 10 October 2018 Update also has a Media Player bug

Microsoft discovered yet another bug in Windows 10 October 2018 Update. This time it's not a serious bug like the file deletion bug that was experienced on systems with folder redirection, but a flaw that can cause the Seek Bar to become unresponsive when playing specific files in Windows Media Player:

After installing this update, users may not be able to use the Seek Bar in Windows Media Player when playing specific files.

Microsoft promises to fix the issue in a future update.
