NVIDIA shipping GeForce 6800XT

NVIDIA is getting ready to launch the GeForce 6800XT which will be available in PCI Express and AGP editions. The PCI Express version is based on the NV41 while the AGP version uses the NV40 chip.

Both have eight pipelines and the suggested retail price is $149. The cards will have to compete with ATI's Radeon X800GT.
