VideoCardz writes references to upcoming AMD GPUs were found in the source code of a MacOS Mojave update from Apple. The files list the Navi 16, Navi 12, Navi 10, and Navi 9 codenames. The site speculates these are names for product variants, with the numbers indicating how many Compute Units (CUs) are enabled for each device.

Word on the street is that we may see Navi's launch towards the summer timeframe. Navi is believed to be Polaris' successor, with a focus on the low-end and mainstream market.
The fact that these entries already exist could indicate that Navi is much closer than we thought. The rumors about July release are not really exaggerated, we heard about a similar timeframe just last week.
