NVIDIA GeForce 417.75 Hotfix resolves G-SYNC flickering

NVIDIA uploaded the GeForce Hotfix driver version 417.75, this is a fix that resolves a bug that can result in random desktop flickering when a G-SYNC display plus an HDMI display are both connected to the same video card.

This is GeForce Hotfix driver version 417.75 that addresses the following:

G-SYNC monitor may display random desktop flicker when an HDMI monitor is also connected to the same graphics card
