AMD brings back the XT suffix for a new mainstream Polaris-based video card. Called the Radeon RX 560 XT, this model fills the gap between the Radeon RX 560 and Radeon RX 570 but it's exclusively aimed at the Chinese market.

The new card is a cut-down version of the Radeon RX 570, four CUs have been cut, bringing the count to 28, which results in 1792 shader processors, 112 texture units, and 32 ROPS. Other changes include a lower clockspeed, the Radeon RX 560 XT is clocked at 973MHz with a 1073MHz boost, whereas the Radeon RX 570 has a 1168MHz base and 1244MHz Boost.

The memory capacity remains the same, either 4GB or 8GB, but the clockspeed has been lowered from 7Gbps to 6.6Gbps. The listed TDP is unchanged at 150W.
