Motorola's upcoming SLVR L7 phone

Cell phone site Mobileburn spend some time with a preproduction unit of the Motorola SLVR L7 phone. This phone has a TransFlash/microSD memory slot and can playback MP3 files.
The unit we had came loaded with both Motorola's stock music/media player as well as a Java based "digital music player". The Java app is a bit slow to load, and can not run in the background, but it does a very nice job of automatically organizing the music that has been loaded onto the TransFlash memory card. Gameloft's popular Prince Of Persia: Warrior Within was also pre-loaded onto the L7.
The phone is a bit wider than the ROKR E1 iTunes phone but is much thinner at 11.5mm (0.45"). Maybe this phone will be more impressive than the ROKR E1? Anyway we'll see later this year. More info and photos at Mobileburn.
