WCCF Tech came across leaked benchmark scores of the AMD Radeon RX 5700XT. Given that AMD has seeded cards to reviewers, it these results could be credible. It seems the new cards pack quite a punch, a leaked 3DMark Time Spy result reveals the Radeon RX 5700XT can match the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 in terms of performance.
The graphics score of 8719 is right in line with what the GeForce RTX 2070 Founders Edition scores and historically the Radeon cards have trailed the Turing based RTX lineup by a good bit. But that doesn’t always translate very well to gaming but it does show a fair bit of promise for the Radeon RX 5700 Series when it comes to their competition.
Official benchmarks are expected on July 7th.
