Firingsquad has taken a closer look at the upcoming Quake 4 game:
But now we are actually nearing the release of one of the most anticipated titles of this year, Quake IV. It’s the long awaited sequel to one of the progenitors of the FPS genre and many gamers are wondering what insane new features have been concocted up to differentiate the game and compel us to reach into our wallets. None really. And after my recent time with it – that’s a good thing. Don’t get me wrong, Quake IV does have a dropship full of exciting elements, but they have decided to focus on what makes the core of a game fun, rather than flashy.
