AMD just squashed another rumor via Twitter. Earlier this, week CEO Lisa Su refuted a report that she's leaving the firm to join IBM and now AMD Radeon vice president and general manager Scott Herkelman dismisses the rumor about the Radeon RX 5700 XT reference design hitting the end of its lifecycle.

There was a rumor over the weekend about AMD stopping shipments of this card due to the upcoming arrival of custom-design cards from the company's AIBs. Herkelman says there's no truth to this, AMD will continue to offer the Radeon 5700 series reference cards via its website, select OEM, retail and etailer partners.
