Sanyo to launch HDP-M3000 6GB MP3 player

Sanyo is going to step into the digital audio player market with the HDP-M3000.

This device features a 6GB hard drive and measures 9 x 5 x 2cm. It weighs only 87 grams.

The Sanyo HDP-M3000 supports MP3, WMA and DRM protected audio tracks and features a full dot matrix LCD display. It features voice recording and will offer a battery life of about 12 hours.

Price will be £120 (about $219) in the UK but it's not sure when it will be available to other markets.
