Panos Panay, chief product officer of the Microsoft Devices group, posted a video on Instagram that showcases the new Start Menu and File Explorer that are in the works for a future Windows 10 release. It's unknown when these changes will make it to the general releases of Windows 10, so far they haven't even popped up in the Insider builds. The video reveals a simpler File Explorer without the typical address bar or menu bar (yikes) and a Start Menu with fewer live tiles.
