Panos Panay, chief product officer of the Microsoft Devices group, posted a video on Instagram that showcases the new Start Menu and File Explorer that are in the works for a future Windows 10 release. The video reveals a simpler File Explorer without the typical address bar or menu bar (yikes) and a Start Menu with fewer live tiles.
