Twitter user _rogame discovered an entry (which has already been deleted) of a 1.80GHz Intel Rocket Lake-S processor in the database of UL's 3DMark benchmark. The engineering sample in question has eight cores and sixteen threads, according to the 3DMark readout. It's believed that Rocket Lake-S will feature a big.LITTLE core layout like ARM SoCs, with eight big cores for high-performance tasks and eight small cores for high energy efficiency. Intel is expected to introduce Rocket Lake-S in Q2 2021.
