VideoCardz writes rumors are circling around about a possible Matisse Refresh from AMD. It's said that AMD is working on two new parts; the Ryzen 7 3850X and 3750X. These could be launched alongside the B550 chipset, which is expected to be introduced on June 16 with retail availability expected on July 7.
The dates mentioned in a retweet are actually from ASUS marketing person posted on Chinese Weibo. Those ‘big days’ refer to AMD B550 motherboards launch and availability. However, it is likely that Matisse Refresh could arrive close to those dates as well (if it is arriving at all).

A slide from the Gigabyte B550 press deck also mentions Matisse & Refresh so that's further evidence.
