Sony PlayStation 5 design is now official

Via a livestream, Sony publicly revealed the design of its PlayStation 5 console. The Japanese electronics giant will ship two versions of its PS5, one with an optical drive and one without. No new technical specifications were revealed but we do know the console has a custom AMD Zen 2-based 3.5GHz processor with eight cores, a custom 2.23GHz GPU based on the RDNA2 architecture with 36 CUs, and a very fast 825GB SSD storage system.

Besides the hardware and accessories reveal, you can also find some PS5 game teasers at the PlayStation YouTube channel. The PS5 is expected to be out by the end of the year.
