It's believed the RTX 3060 Ti will use the GA104 GPU, the same as the RTX 3070, but with 4864 CUDA cores.
The RTX 3060 Ti models from Gigabyte are not expected to look much different from already announced RTX 3070. Both SKUs are likely to share the same PCB with minor changes to the power delivery. The RTX 3060 Ti model is expected to require less power (~180W) compared to RTX 3070’s 220W.Here are the four models:
