DDR4 pricing to rise this quarter?

Sources at memory makers told DigiTimes that price drops aren't expected this quarter, at least not for DRAM. In fact, spot pricing of DRAM and NAND flash memory has been rising for several weeks now.
DRAM pricing unlikely to fall in 4Q20: Spot market prices for DRAM and NAND flash memory have been rising over the past several weeks, with ASP for the former unlikely to fall in the fourth quarter of 2020, according to sources at memory module makers.
