reports one of Micron Technology's wafer fabs in Taoyuan, northern Taiwan got hit by a power outage on December 3. It's unknown how much production was affected. Micron says operation of the facility has returned to normal. Industry experts told DigiTimes the incident may have an impact on DRAM supply, especially server memory:
