Cities: Skylines is now free on Epic Games Store

Another free game via the Epic Games Store! Following yesterday's Pillars of Eternity and Tyranny freebies, you can now get a free copy of Cities: Skylines. The game is yours to keep forever if you claim the offer over the next 24 hours.

Cities: Skylines is available for free on Epic on December 17th from 11am ET to December 18th 10:59 am ET. After the giveaway ends, the game will be available for purchase on the Epic store.

This city building game is five years old and is considered one of the best games in its genre. Unfortunately, mods and community-made assets are not available on Epic Games Store. Mods have been a large part of the game's appeal so this is a bit of a bummer.
