Details leak about AMD Ryzen CPU supply for Q1 2021

WCCF Tech received some information about AMD's Ryzen CPU allocation plan for Q1 2021. Due to the high demand for Ryzen CPUs, and the fact that TSMC is pretty much fully booked, AMD needs manage its SKU mix. Some parts are deemed higher priority than others. WCCF Tech heard from its sources that AMD is giving priority to chips like the 5800X, 5600X and 3600. Other models like the 5950X and 5900X on the other hand are given very low priority:
CPU - Demand/Supply Notes:
  • 5950X, 5900X, 3800X, 3300X and 3100 - Very Low Qty.
  • 3900X, 3700X, 3200G, 3400G and 3600X - Some Qty.
  • 5800X, 5600X and 3600 - Decent Qty.
