also has some juicy bits about the next-gen processors. Just like the previous article, I suggest taking this with a grain of salt. We don't know how accurate the site's sources are -- and roadmaps can and often do change quite often.
AMD Zen 3+ "Warhol" refresh is expected in Q4 2021.
Warhol has some core counts and slight IPC gains.
Higher odds of Warhol being AM4 than being the first Socket AM5 product.
Based on earlier leaks, Warhol does not have PCI Express 5.0 support.
Zen 4 to have "rather decent" but nothing "out of the ordinary for AMD" IPC gain.
Zen 4 will likely increase the core count again.
One source claims the Zen 4-based Genoa server series will feature a 96-core model.
