Apple will likely also adopt Mini-LED backlighting for new MacBook models to be unveiled in the second half of this year, according to the report. The company is expected to begin production either in March or in the second quarter of this year.
This 12.9-inch iPad Pro is expected to be announced in the first half of this year, possibly as early as March. There's also talk about a new 11-inch iPad Pro, which may or may not be introduced at the same time. It's unknown if the 11-inch model will also get the new Mini-LED technology.
