The AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT launched last week and now there's some news about the next mainstream chip from AMD. VideoCardz came across photos of the PowerColor Radeon RX 6700 Fighter.

PowerColor Radeon RX 6700 Fighter has 6GB

While the XT version has 12GB GDDR6 memory, the upcoming Radeon RX 6700 (non-XT) packs a total of 6GB GDDR6 memory. Previously, a filing from ASUS in the EEC database revealed a model with 12GB memory. It's possible that there will be two variants of the RX 6700, one version with 6GB and a more expensive model with 12GB.

The design is similar to the Radeon RX 6700 XT Fighter. The Radeon RX 6700 presumably uses a cut-down Navi 22 GPU.
PowerColor RX 6700 Fighter is an entry-level model, also sold to TUL partners and subsidiaries, such as Japanese Kurotoshikou or Chinese Dataland. The graphics card appears to use the same cooling solution as the XT variant, which means that the card is basically using a cut-down Navi 22 GPU as well as halved memory capacity.
The launch date of the Radeon RX 6700 remains a mystery.
