Thermalright has been pretty active lately! Earlier this month we saw the release of the Venomous Plus ARGB and Silver Arrow ITX-R Rev.A and now the company introduces the Frost Commander 140.

Frost Commander 140 weighs 1340g!

It's a massive cooler with a total weight of 1340g. The cooler consists of a dual-tower heatsink, a 120mm fan, and a 140mm fan. The tower heatsinks measure 140mm x 121mm x 160mm (L x W x H) and weigh 1000g without the fans. Each fin array has 53 alumium fins, there's a nickel-plated copper base and five 8mm diameter heatpipes to aid with heat dissipation.

The fans are mounted in a push-pull configuration. There's a 120mm TL-C12 Pro G fan on one of the fin arrays, it's a PWM model with fluid dynamic bearing that spins up to 1850RPM. This fan offers up to 82CFM of airflow, maximum static pressure of 2.1mm H2O, and a noise level of up to 29.6dBA.

Between the two tower heatsinks, there's 140mm TL-D14X fan, also with fluid dynamic bearing. This PWM model spins up to 1800RPM, offers up to 95.5CFM of airflow, maximum static pressure of 2.25mm H2O, and a noise level of up to 30.2dBA.

Which CPUs are supported

Thermalright includes mounting tools for the Intel LGA 115X/1200/2011/2066 and AMD Socket AM4 processors.

Pricing and availability is unknown.
