New rumors indicate AMD's Zen 4-based Raphael desktop processors may be delayed. Twitter user vegeta, who previously leaked a piece of AMD's roadmap, claims Raphael will not be announced until September/October 2022. Furthermore, he indicates this will be a paperlaunch and that actual product availability shouldn't be expected until October/November 2022.

Raphael features Zen 4 based processor cores in combination with Navi 2 integrated graphics. The chip is expected to be made on TSMC's 5nm process. Overall, not a lot of substance here, but if the rumor is true it means Raphael will launch a lot later than most people expected. This increases the odds of AMD launching a Zen 3+ launch.
It is said that Zen4 Raphael is to be announced in the third quarter of 2020 with the launch expected a month or two later. It certainly does not seem that AMD Zen4 is not coming this year, which puts a doubt on rumors that Warhol has been canceled. After all, AMD would be left without any response to the Intel Alder Lake series, which is a substantial technological upgrade.
