LG to ship Plasma TV with HDD

The Inquirer reports LG started shipping its PY2DR Plasma TV series.

This Plasma TV features a 160GB HDD from Seagate and will be able to store up to 14 hours of high definition programming.

The HDTV has a automatic time shift feature, slow motion rewind and forward capabilities along with instant replay.

The 50 and 60-inch TVs include a nine in two memory card reader, FireWire, 5000:1 contrast ratio and a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution.
