Nokia licenses QuickOffice for Series 60

QuickOffice today announced a licensing agreement with Nokia to make the QuickOffice software available to users of Series 60 smartphones.

This software is quite limited though. You can only view Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. To edit them you'll need to buy the Professional version.

“ We are committed to providing users of smartphones with the best available software innovations as part of our platform offering," said Matti Vanska, Director, Mobile Software Sales and Marketing, Nokia. “The Quickoffice software suite, with its leadership and innovation, meets these criteria.”
