Which BitTorrent client is the best?

Grauw has taken a look at a bunch of BitTorrent clients to search to best one out there:

For downloading BitTorrent files, I have been using TorrentStorm until now, but development and distribution of that client has stopped, and as such there is no prospect that the issues it has will be solved.

So, I thought it would be time for a change, and I’ve evaluated a number of BitTorrent clients that are currently available for Windows, based on the list at Wikipedia.
