ATI Catalyst 5.12 Beta 8.20 drivers

Thanks to Dell, TechpowerUp has posted a beta build of ATI's Catalyst Drivers.

While the full changelog is not known, it seems this driver supports Multithreading in the Direct3D Driver on Dual Core CPUs.
