Dean, from the IE7 developer team, reports they will launch a test version of Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP users.

He says a pre-release build of IE7 for Windows XP will be launched publicly during the first quarter of 2006.

You will not need a MSDN subscription to download this beta.
We want to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to try a pre-release version of IE7 and tell us how it works with their web sites, their applications, their add-ons, and how they use the web overall.
