Within a couple of days users will be able to check out the new Phone Out service which will enable them to call cheaply from their PC to phones, and Phone In which will be a budget subscription service.

Phone In enables you to receive calls on your PC from land line phones or cell phones, it's available for $2.99 a month or $29.90 a year.

Phone Out will offer cheaper rates than Skype's SkypeOut and will be available to 30 countries. More info over here.
