Microsoft developing next version of Windows Mobile

Engadget was lucky enough to see a glimpse of Microsoft's next version of Windows Mobile.

This version is codenamed Photon and will be launched within "years".

Not much details are known except Microsoft did confirm they will finally unify the smartphone and PocketPC platforms.
