The Inq reports NVIDIA is switching to a 90nm process:
We already mentioned the G71 Nvidia upcoming high end chip and Asus already launched the notebook based on G72. Of course G72 will get its desktop part but just to be on the safe side. G72 is an entry level chip that will get some serious revenues to Nvidia. We don’t know how it compares with X1300, RV515 based chips.

Nvidia is working on G73, that’s the next 6600 GT or should we say its NV43 replacement. Its again 90 nanometre and it's based on G7x architecture but we don’t know much details about it. It's scheduled for either late Q1 or early Q2 2006.
