Systemcooling has reviewed a CoolMax Taurus 550W PSU :

It would seem that the high-end power supply market has exploded (poor choice of words) with the release of an unprecedented flow of new products vying to meet our ever increasing need for additional power. This need is generated by our power hungry modern computer systems and peripherals always seeking more and more power and our need to avoid crashes and instability issues.

The latest entry into the fray and the subject of this study is the "CoolMax Taurus 550W power supply and is the largest (watt wise) that we have had the opportunity to examine.
