Registry Fix for Quake 4 1.05 beta and GeForce bug

Nvidia has given AMDZone permission to release the registry edits necessary to remove dual core support in the 80 series drivers that interferes with the performance of the Quake 4 1.05 dual core patch. Full details on the registry edits are here.
