The Inq heard ATI has finished its Radeon X1900 (R580) cards. They have a new PCB and run at higher speeds than the current Radeon X1800 series (R520).

The R520 is clocked at 625MHz, with the Radeon X1800XT OC even achieving 700MHz. It's not sure how much the R580 will bring it but it will be higher, that's for sure.

Additionally, it's also known the R580 will feature 16 pipelines and 48 shader units. It is expected within three weeks and it's rumoured to be a world wide launch.
