Posted on Thursday, December 29 2005 @ 22:40:26 CET by

Imation has launched a new small Micro Hard Drive with a 4GB storage capacity.

It has a padlock-shaped design, with an USB connector in a loop that can be clipped to objects such as keychains.

It uses a 0.85-inch HDD from Toshiba and is priced at $189. A few months ago the company launched the 2GB version which retails for $159.

The drive also features synchronization software and 128-bit encryption. More details over at CNET.
