Memorex today presented its new TravelLink and TravelSync accessory products. With the TravelLink and TravelSync, consumers can transfer digital photos, data, music or other digital files between flash cards, USB flash drives, digital cameras, external hard drives, MP3 players, and most other USB mass storage devices -- all without the use of a computer.

"With our TravelLink and TravelSync products, professionals and general consumers can conveniently share digital content with friends and business associates, even when they are on the go, and away from the computer. Both devices also assist with the challenge of performing mobile back-ups between devices and flash cards, and the TravelLink can even function as an 8-in-1 flash card reader." says Frank Valdespino, director of product marketing, computer accessories, for Memorex.

With the Memorex TravelLink, consumers can easily move music, photos, data or other digital files between two USB mass storage devices, two flash cards, or between a flash card and a USB mass storage device using the product's two USB connection ports and two card slots. With TravelSync, consumers can transfer digital files between two USB mass storage devices using its two USB connection ports. Both TravelLink and TravelSync feature a simple user interface and LCD screen that make it easy to select exactly which files to transfer, delete or copy. Both devices also feature "copy all," "transfer all," and "delete all" functions. The TravelLink and TravelSync are each powered by three AAA batteries, and neither device ever requires the use of a computer, although the TravelLink can connect to a PC and function as an 8-in-1 flash card reader via the included USB cable.

TravelLink and TravelSync are ideal for mobile professionals, students, photographers or anyone with a loaded USB device or flash card. These sleek accessories make it easy to transfer and access digital files anywhere. For example, a user can transfer digital photos directly from a full flash card to a USB drive, or copy a presentation from a USB flash drive to a co-worker's USB drive in seconds.

TravelLink supports CF I, CF II, SD, SM, MMC, MS, MS Pro and MS Duo formats and most USB mass storage devices including the Memorex TravelDrive family of products. Because it can function as an 8-in-1 card reader, TravelLink replaces the need for a card reader and gives consumers additional flexibility for sharing digital content.

Memorex TravelLink and Memorex TravelSync will be available rs this month for suggested retail prices of $79.99 and $59.99 , respectively.
