Roundup : Swiftech

Posted on Friday, November 08 2002 @ 05:25:01 CET by

The guys from OCAddiction made a little Swiftech Roundup :
The stock fan that came with the 370-series was the Papst fan. There was no included stock fan for the 462-series as users may wish to use whichever fan they wish. Since most vendors sell the 462-series heatsinks with powerful Delta fans, I have chosen it as the "stock" fan. For comparison against quieter alternatives, the fans I chose were the Thermaltake 60mm fan which I found to have the best noise/performance ratio. As for the 80mm fan, it was just the regular Sunon 80mm.
It isn't getting hot in here...
