It's expected the HP iPAQ hw6900 will have 802.11b Wi-Fi, GPS navigation, 128MB flash memory, 64MB RAM, a 416MHz Intel XScale processor and Windows Mobile 5.0 AKU 2.0 (the version with push e-mail support).
